Pricing
Pachota Construction offers free home estimates to all interested homeowners or businesses in surrounding suburbs in southern Michigan. Simply give us a call, or fill out the online service request form and someone will be in touch shortly to set up a time that’s convenient for you. Some smaller jobs can be bid over the phone, then confirmed when a technician arrives at your home or business.
Warranty
All work performed by Pachota Construction is guaranteed for 12 months from the date of completion. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with our services, we will send a technician back to the job as soon as possible and make it right.
*Please note, guarantee is for labor only, and does not apply to material failure, regular wear and tear, abuse, acts of God or a client’s change of mind regarding approval. Neither contract nor guarantee is transferable. Only manufacturer’s warranties apply to materials purchased for a job.
