I contacted Pachota Construction for a quote on the replacement of my windows, siding and gutters. After I received the written quote, Bill assisted in the selection of the best products. The work was completed on time, in a professional manner and work areas were left clean. I have had no issues with installation or quality of products.
Then, a tree fell into my house during the winter. Bill arrived the next morning to ensure my picture window was sealed properly and made the necessary repairs to my roof. He again completed the replacement of my picture window and repairs to siding and gutters in a timely, professional manner.
I have used Pachota Construction for almost 10 years on all my projects as he provides excellent service at a fair price.
We have been dealing with Pachota Construction for many years. Recently we decided to upgrade each room in the house. We contacted Pachota Construction and were very pleased with the additional ideas suggested for many of the rooms. They were courteous, professional and above all very neat during the remodeling. We are currently on the last room and are very happy with our “new look”. Bill has done almost all the work on my house (the only things he hasn’t done are projects I did myself) an addition doubling the size of my daughter’s bedroom when my son was born,complete remodeling of both my kitchen and bathrooms, finishing my basement and extensive tile work throughout my house,I wouldn’t trust anyone else. Bill leaves the site clean everyday and he can be trusted in your home while you go to work, very convient !
